"Worst customer service"
We were very happy with hireapitch team as they gave some good discount and made a block booking. we are using their service from past 8 months. However one instance changed everything. We got some urgent work and had to check if they can move our booking by a week. Yes, agree we gave very short notice, however the attitude of the customer service was pathetic. Less than 2 mins of coversation and they just hung up the phone without allowing us to complete our conversation. They have the audacity of writing a comment saying they will not allow us to do furture booking in case if i dont remove my review. I dont want to use a service where their customer service does not know how to respect their customers. I am sure one day another company will come as a competirior and hireapitch will learn how to behave with their customers. I have never see such an unprofessional customer service in my life and was surpised to see so many negetive reviews in google and in trustpilot too. My review is only to help other custumers to show that they are not alone who has suffered with the most disgusting attidiate of the customer support. My ideology is simple, if you are using a service who does not know how to respect, move away from them, but highlight their behaviour.
Hireapitch team, we will not use your service anymore and i know you dont provide an aplogy for your behaviour, because accoridng to you, you are always right...
At last we are not upset that you could not move our booking, we are upset because of your behaviour towards your customer in responding to our requests.
Recent update from the venue management we were booking through hireapitch, they have termiated the contract as hireapitch stopped respond to them too.

Only giving 1 star as it’s the lowest rating they don’t even deserve that. Avoid at all costs unprofessional and sexist company that will prioritize teams or leagues that are male and that pay more money! sexist and money grabbing DO NOT BOOK HIRE A PITCH
