"First experience was good overall"

First experience was good overall. I had no complaints with the food, it was packaged well tasty and still fresh when it arrived. However the delivery service didn't deliver to the correct address and I had to call them and chase the food down to get the driver to be honest and deliver correctly. Therefore I would question the delivery service this company are using, really spoiled a otherwise good experience.

Just finished my first week of prep meals & I can say I would highly rate this company. Food has really good flavour & also still tastes fresh even a few days after delivery, which isn't always the case for some food prep company's.

One of the best points of using Simply Prep is that you can build your own meals.

Only negative is that some of the portion sizes of the meat are a bit small but overall the meals are filling.

On the whole, a really good service & look forward to using them in the future & also recommending to others!

My experience with this food prep company was an absolute nightmare. The meals I received were like something out of a horror movie – undercooked, tasteless, and barely edible. It's clear they have no standards for quality control, as the food looked nothing like the glossy photos they advertise. Not only did the portions resemble a child's snack, but some dishes were so undercooked they were practically raw, while others were so overcooked they were like chewing on shoe leather. Customer service was a complete joke, ignoring my attempts to reach out about the inedible disaster they sent me. They told me that they don’t have a return or refund policy despite the evidence of the food they sent me. Save yourself the misery and run far away from this culinary catastrophe of a company. There are many great food prep companies out there which I have had good experience with.

Every meal I’ve had have been tasty and very filling. The calories are low but the meal are so nice. It’s nice to have a variety.

I was sceptical about pre prepared food but l have been very pleasantly surprised. Portion size is ideal, food is healthy, filling and flavorful. Tandori basa fillet and the oat apple crumble are awesome.
