Other companies just leave things at the front door, but these guys? They brought it in, set it up, installed everything and cleaned up after. Even took my rubbish too 😂. Avoid this company if you can

If I could give 0 stars I would - they were suppose to give my range a service beginning of jan.

The engineer left without fixing the faulty hob but claimed it had be finished.

15 phone calls later, during which I have been told an engineer is coming out 5 times, I’ve had suspicious calls at 9pm from engineers who knew all my details, claiming to come and fix the hob, but never turning up, I’ve had further phone calls from other engineers claiming to be from this company stating the engineer who called was “a bad man” and should not come in the house - and today… when I phoned yet again, instead of an apology, I was told that I need to “understand a few things”, and that I would be phoned back by end of day to resolve this issue… and still not phone call.

Nearly 2 months later my hob still doesn’t work, despite having paid upfront.

Avoid using this company - they seem to have data breaches, poor engineers and cannot run efficiency.

"Beware! Faulty repairs and unresponsive!"

Focus Furnishing were subcontracted by Curry's care plan to repair my washer dryer. It took very long before they did, they replaced the heating element in the dryer on a Friday, but on Saturday it already broke down again. Since then, they have not been responding to phone calls, I only managed to speak to the reception desk who for nearly two weeks have been telling me that someone would call me back urgently, but nobody ever did. Basically, they denied to correct a faulty repair and there seems to be no redress, no working complaint procedure, no response since the first appointment. Beware! (job number 715-14-145196-D
