The reservation process was straightforward and the vehicle arrived in good condition and on the day it was booked, but it's an all-electric vehcile and was delivered with just a 13-amp charger....
To their credit, Elmo customer service responded quickly to the issue but I am now 2.5 weeks on and I am still having to rely on finding tethered chargers when out and about while waiting for a cable to arrive.
If you want to be taken seriously then checking that approriate charging cables are supplied is surely a must?

I have been with this company for a good few months now. I haven’t had any issues at all. I was with another company that’s very similar before this and had what I can only describe as the worst service and experience from a company I have ever had in my entire life. That’s putting it mildly. I’m sure you can figure out who they are. Elmo have been great. Absolutely no trouble. The service is friendly and very quick. They have done everything they said they would so far. No bother or stress. The process from start has been easy and service has been 10/10. Admittedly I haven’t had an issue with my car or anything so I can’t say how they handle those kinds of things but so far I cannot fault them and would happily recommend them.

Everything went very smoothly and lived up to expectations. Only one small downside - the driver was unable to complete a full charging on the delivery so the car arrived with only around 25% charge, meaning I had to go and charge very soon after receipt.
Just unfortunate and I would certainly recommend Elmo to anyone looking for a short-term EV
