My wife and I wanted to make the move to electric motoring, but didn't know if it would work for our lifestyle. We found Elmo and they made the process easy. We were able to pick a car, and get all the information easily, and within a few clicks we'd ordered our first subscription car. It was delivered exactly when they said it would. The delivery driver was excellent and very knowledgeable. We have only had to contact customer service a couple of times and I couldn't fault them. We wouldn't hesitate to advise anyone who wants to try electric motoring without taking on a pcp. Happy Motoring!

Car was delivered within the time frame, good communication from the team throughout. The driver profile on the website is easy to use and updated progress through the subscription and delivery process. Also handy to see driver stats, mileage etc…
Unfortunately the car did not come with any kind of handbook, so we are having to google as we go. The team also forgot to supply the granny charger and I am still awaiting delivery. Although the team did respond to my query very quickly.

I wanted to find out how easy it was to change my currant car which is the zoe to a MG. I spoke to Samantha who helped me out to what would be the best option she understood what i required and it made sense in waiting a little bit as i didnt need the car asap and didnt want to change to the colour that was available when we spoke.
