JUST came back from Nygard on Chrislea rd. Be aware that stuff there do not wear masks INCLUDING there managers!
I know they almost done working as a line but I never will go this location again

"Staff ignoring mandated face mask policy"
On Sunday, July 19, I entered the Nygard store at the Sunrise Centre in Kitchener. I was shocked to see that one of their sales associates was not wearing a face mask as mandated by law in the Region of Waterloo.
She was steaming clothes and maybe felt that she was too hot. She was not dealing directly with a customer and maybe felt that she didn't need to wear a mask. As I turned to exit the store, a polite young sales associate asked if there was anything she could do to help me. I told her that I was leaving the store because I did not feel comfortable because not all staff were wearing a face mask. At this point, the first woman pulled the face mask from around her neck and covered her face. This woman is in a mangement position and needs to learn to lead by example.

Placed a online order with Nygard.com March 18, 2020. They charged my Visa March 20, 2020. It is now April 2, 2020 and they have not shipped my order yet they charged my visa. Phoned their contact # and there mailbox is full. They do have a notice that says (Due to the impact of COVID19-Our retail stores and online shop are currently closed. We are unable to complete online orders at this time. Please check back in the coming weeks when we hope that the unfortunate crisis caused by COVID-19 has subsided. Thank you for your patience and understanding.) Yet they still are taking online orders and charging your credit cards but not shipping your orders. That is wrong in all accounts. I will never order online from them again and I will never ever step into their store again.

I shopped at the store in saskatoon sk and picked out a couple dresses. I loved the clothing but It was the worst customer service I've had in a long time. When i was looking around and buying my clothes, the cashier didn't say one word to me.
Then When i came back to return one dress, the sales lady barely said a word to me and made me feel it a sin to return
I will never shop there again.

"Nygard.com shipping policy"
I purchased 3 pairs of pants online from Nygard.com. I have been a customer of Nygard.com for many years. In the past, I have always been able to return the items with no charge and was mailed a return receipt with the order to help with the process.
However, this time there was no return receipt included in the order. When I called I was informed that I would have to pay the return postage. I explained that I had always been able to return without charge and that was one of the reasons I purchased from them (needing to try the pants on before keeping them). I was told they were sorry but that was not the case. The manager even tried to tell me that I purchased them from Amazon, as if I didn't know what I was talking about. She referred to my order history which only showed one order. (I pointed out that it was incorrect in that it didn't even have this order listed). Due to this policy, I am returning ALL of the pants and will not purchase anymore from them at all.
The manager was very unprofessional and unhelpful. If you want to try on pants prior to keeping them, do not shop Nygard online. You'll have to pay the postage yourself.

"To whom it concerns I visited Nygard…"
To whom it concerns I visited Nygard Fashion Outlet on Donna Drive in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada on Friday, May 17, 2019. I toured the store looking for a white shirt, that is not the problem. There were two staff members both from India or of that culture. I don't have a problem and I'm not prejudiced with their employment, but I do have a problem with them speaking in their language in a public environment such as this in the store. Even if they are talking business it is inappropriate when there are customers. We do live in Northern Ontario, and as an English speaking person, we speak English in a public place other than asking for someone who speaks French or is bilingual if necessary. I would hope that this would be considered.

"Unhappy Customer - Not dealt professionally"
i visited your store Nygard International at 200 Windflower Gate Woodbridge,ON. The one that recently opened.
I was shopping in the store and asked one of the ladies if they had a washroom and she said no not public washroom. Got to the
point where after i really had to i saw someone was in the back a lady working there and i asked her please if i may use the washroom, i was begging at this point. She said not for the public, to go next door. I said to her Please i really need to go? After going back and forth she finally said "yes". I used the washroom and i was so grateful. One my way out i said thank you to her and she did not respond. When i left the door to the back she " BANGED THE DOOR BEHIND ME". I know she was upset. I know she needs to obey by the store rules I was so upset with this lady that was working in the back, she could have been different with me. Not very nice. Rude. To slam the door, not nice.
I contacted head office, and they replied back. Apologized for behaviour of the worker, but at the same time they defended her.
Head Office could have called me regarding this, and not message me, not professional.

"Negative customer service!"
North Vancouver store. Two employees. One customer in store. If I needed another size, I had to get it. If I asked if another size was available, I was told if I could not find it they did not have it. Zero customer service. When I paid, the computer brought up the sale price - they argued about how to change it in order to charge me full price. They manually figured out amount owing without printing receipt.

"Disappointing Customer Service"
I purchased three pair of Nygard pants for over $150. Two of the pants are great, but one of the cut and fit of the pants cut is terrible. My first submission with customer care did not get a response. Once I did connect via livechat, I explained my situation and admitted that I wore the pants, but only one time. I also asked for "one time" exception to their strict return policy (states on their website it is case by case) and their response was the the pants were not defective. I will never shop nygard again. Very disappointed.
