Won't ramble for long, since there's couple similar reviews, Charges are not clear, just been charged 16+ pounds for it
Aswell why you charging so much for it?
If you do 3 quid charge most of people wouldn't even cancel it. But no, you need to come in hard.
Doubt I'll be coming back.

"Be Careful Subscription Charges Not Clear"

I used Perfect CV for a CV builder and paid a couple of £ for the initial use which I was fine with, I have now just been charged £16.95 for what seems to be an automatic subscription I have wrote to them so await to see if they will credit me my money, this was not clear that this would happen at the time of me creating a CV, as a student this is a lot of money for me and probably for most people so I hope the company will return this subscription.

It will deduct money from your bank card every month without your permission. You cannot unsubscribe on the homepage and no one answers your calls or emails. It's a pure scam!

I was happy to pay 3 pounds... however month later they charge you 16 pounds and at no point do they tell you its a subscription and then when you try to cancel the subscription it will not let you, and then it says you have to call them! Just a horrible process and seems like they want to grab your 16 pounds and then keep you subscribed.

"Taken money without telling or asking !"

Paid a one time service to access a download of my cv. This was 2.95. At first this seemed like a great service. Two weeks later, I come to find they have craftily taken out 16.95 of my account. They had signed me up for subscription, 1 I didn’t ask for and 2 they didn’t tell me. Since they sneakily added me to subscription they then without asking or telling me took my money. I emailed them asking for it back, and they are only giving me 8.48. I am fighting back for a full refund as this disgusting and a pure scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
