"Watch for Hidden Subscription Fees"

The site was really useful, we needed to make a very quick cv for a 59 year old to use once, for a particular job. We thought £2.95 was great value. However, on checking my bank account yesterday, £16.95 had been taken. At no point did I see anything mentioning a monthly subscription or did I upgrade to a different membership level. I have absolutely no idea how they can get away with this. Obviously i have cancelled my subscription and they have refunded me £8.50 of the £16.95.

The subscription conditions is easily neglected and the customer service line doesnt work at all. the customer service email team refunded as a good gesture hence the updated review.

A very useful tool to help build a CV. Personally, I would like to have more flexibility to input my own bullet points and examples, but perhaps I haven't used the template correctly.
Having been away from the CV scene for such a long time, it was great to be guided through the up to date style of CV.
