The customer support is absolutely ridiculous, they’ve charged me for a full months subscription when I only brought a 14 day access deal. When I went to call Customer Service for a refund, they offered a partial refund of £8.48, when I had received no notice for a monthly subscription, and to make matters worse, after I’d checked reviews to see if I was the only one whod experienced this, I’d seen loads of these reviews. I then tried to call back demanding the full amount but my number had been blocked by “Diego” and then I’ve called on another number and he’s tried to pretend he can’t hear me.
Ridiculous customer service. Don’t use at all.
