"Terrible company to deal with"

Terrible company to deal with, the website is very good and easy to use.
The customer service is terrible, I cancelled my subscription in August 2023, they are still taking money every week !
They’ve refused me a refund, so I’m having to do part chargeback through my bank and unless My Perfect CV refund the rest, I’ll start legal proceedings against them with a view to obtaining a County Court Judgement.
Avoid them like the plague, they really are terrible.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription. I only used the service once, yet I continue to be charged monthly. This is a complete theft, as there is no clarity on how to cancel the subscription. I kindly request, through this medium and all the reviews I will make from now on, that you cease taking money from my bank account and cancel my subscription immediately.

"They took money quietly without my permission"

I paid £2.95 for one-month free use package to created CV.
After that transaction, they charged 13 times £16.95 from my bank account without my permission. It was totally £220.35.
I emailed them to ask refund , they did
£ 1.21 refund to me.
