Edit: The guys over at MyPerfectCV refunded the £16.95. Thank you for that! :) So in conclusion, the product is great as it allows you to export to Word, and has a great selection of templates, but be aware of the pricing schemes; these could be better explained or better designed imo.

I paid £2.95 for the one time purchase. Then, as others have experienced on Trustpilot, I was charged £16.95 out of the blue today, only 12 days after my initial payment! I immediately cancelled my subscription and would like the amount refunded please. Following a full refund, I would push my review up as the actual product is great, but I cannot justify a review like that for a company with such shady payment schemes.

I built a CV for my boyfriend this time last year and I paid approximately £3 for the service.
This year I did the same for myself and paid the £2.95 etc - only to find that they used my credit card to take a monthly subscription which was not clearly stated.
When I cancelled my subscription they only partially refunded me. I did email them but did not get a response and will never use them again.
How many people have they done this to?

Contacted them about it but they didn't do anything to solve it. Had to go through my bank to dispute the claim

Completely agree with Tracey, same thing, paid one off payment and getting charged for subscriptions, doesn't let me cancel it on the account, button is dead and contact is impossible.
