I wanted to cancel the subscription and your attendant kept me on the phone selling me some more products when l alrdy indicated that l want to cancel. I felt my time was waisted and l had no choice but to hang in there for me to be able to cancel. So basically l paid or got punished for canceling by being kept on a very long call that spoke of things different from my reason of calling. I am the one that called and needed to be listened to and my issue resolved. There was also a delibete misspelling of my details several times so to keep me on the line or give up on canceling. This was very unprofessional.

You're automatically enrolled onto a monthly subscription when you sign up for the trial offer.
You are not e-mailed a receipt when they deduct money from your bank account so unless you spot it when looking through your bank statement their ongoing monthly charges can go unnoticed.
I was billed on November 21st £16.95 for another 4 weeks access. I logged into my account on 22nd November to cancel the subscription. Seeing as I hadn't used the service in at least a week I asked if I could get a refund.
They refused a full refund and gave me back 50%
Just use the free version of Chat GPT instead.
