I’ve been charged £16.95 and when I called to speak with the company they said they can’t even find my account & I also am unable to use my account or cv! Staff member I spoke to said I would have a call or email in 2 days & I’ve had nothing! The payment comes out as Apple Pay! I’ve cancelled via the bank I just hope they can’t take anymore money!!

Though I try this as want get much luck finding a job, what a waste of time, as when download cv it was a total mess, spent hours rewrite it myself. Total waste of money. Don't waste your time or money. I then forget to cancel and cost me my food shopping money. Not good when no work so no money coming in.
Customer service was any better.
