I am so disappointed as I mentioned on your website. Let me explain again about my experience with your service. That is write I used service of your website but I paid that amount on 16 of August in 2023 as it was mentioned on the website AED 9.95 from my card.However, letter on which is next month on September 28. 2023 they started to charge extra amount from my card 89.95 AED. In the first time I didn’t care of that they charged amount. I thought it just like some pending amount they charged me. But they charged me again next month on 29.10.23 the same amount and then yesterday again they charged from my credit card AED 89.95
I need my money back to my account immediately or I will open a case for you it will be big problem for your company because they charged my card without any notification or my permission
Please be informed that if your manager is not connecting or my money not returning back I will make big case on you. You have time 2 days

Useful for an initial CV but not for an ongoing subscription. It rolls without showing up as a DD or standing order on your bank account and is quite expensive.
Easy to cancel if you telephone, helpful call handler.

The website is easy to use and they do provide great services. Unfortunately I only needed the service for a day and then I forgot to cancel my subscription. When I realised, I called up to correct my mistake and the person on line was very helpful and managed to fulfil my requests.
However, the line wasn't perfect and that made it a bit hard to hear.
