Scammed out of £16.95 !!!!

I paid £2.95 for a cv as I am a student struggling for a job. I noticed they had taken £16.95 out of my bank account when my card declined during my food shop. Sent multiple emails and they completely ignored the fact I was incorrectly charged and just said “you won’t be charged next month”. Contacted my bank to report this company and to try and get a refund.

Got scammed out of monthly subscription gone into debt with bank as its overdrawn I have had to cancel my card to stop you getting any more money did call to only get an adviser talking rubbish so I eventually hung up do not use this site
