I find their whole set up quite ridiculous. Set up to dupe clients into paying for a longer period than necessary, and more than happy to keep taking money,whether you use the site or not. It's not a scam, but its pretty dam close!!
And very difficult to end your subscription, all very well concealed.
I will never use them again, and certainly never refer them, but I will advise all, to stay well clear of their very shady practice, as listed by many others on here.

I have managed to get a small percentage of the amount taken, refunded..but the whole process is just absolutely, shockingly, bad!! Shame on you!

I have had exactly the same problem as many others- fraudulently taking £16.95 a month out of my bank account and every time I have emailed them they say I have a “basic” account and shouldn’t be being charged, then after screenshots of the payment coming out of my bank account they insist that they cannot locate the information their end and that I need to have a 3 way conversation with my bank and them! I have today phoned my bank and reported them as fraudulently taking the money… PLEASE BEWARE

"DO NOT USE MYPERFECTCV!!"

I'm very disappointed I fell for the deceptive tactics used by MyPerfectCV.co.uk, which amounted to nothing short of a scam. Falling for their alleged 14-day "free" trial template, I was led to believe I was investing £2.95 for access to all these dog sh%t mediocre templates. To my disbelief, this was an elaborate scamming scheme to take my personal credit card details as, within days, I found an additional charge of £16.95 deducted from my account back in June 2023 from this transaction I immediately removed the my credit card details from the website but this didn't stop them. Since then they have been taking the same £16.95 from my account for 8 months. These evil bricks have taken a total of £166 pounds off my account OVER A CV TEMPLATE do they realise money has worth to people we are not some loans for you to nick when every you'd like. Nobody is going to need a cv subscription for more than 8 months especially for the price of 16.95? Its not even worth a penny a month to pay.
