Awful company. My daughter wanted to create a CV and for £2.95 we thought yes ok we would pay that. Not realising that you have to subscribe at £16.95 a month to print it off!!!!! It may be in their terms and conditions but it is no way clear. A very costly mistake on our part. We did get 2 months of subscription costs back but still had to pay for 3 months for a service we did not use, and to add a service which seems very poor. I would have thought for a subscription you would get some form of communication on a regular basis? So one print of one CV cost over £50. Please do not use - I will certainly be letting everyone I know to not use them.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an unauthorised charge of €25.00 that appeared on my account. As a user who signed up for the one-off trial, I am shocked to see this exorbitant charge without any prior notice or consent.
When I initially subscribed to the one-off trial, I understood that there might be a nominal fee involved. However, the sudden deduction of €25.00 from my account is unacceptable and unjustifiable. I did not receive any notification or explanation regarding this charge, and I feel misled and betrayed by your company's actions.
I demand an immediate refund of the full amount charged to my account. This situation not only tarnishes my experience with your service but also erodes the trust I had in your company. Transparency and honesty are paramount in any business transaction, and the lack thereof in this instance is deeply troubling.
I urge you to rectify this matter promptly by refunding the entire amount and providing clarification on why such a charge was applied without my knowledge or consent. Failure to address this issue satisfactorily will force me to escalate the matter further.
I expect a swift resolution to this issue and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I do not recommend them. They will take money of you after you cancelled your subscription. I cancelled twice and they kept charging, when I spoke to a customer service,she said ,there was a computer error and the cancellation didn't go through. I wasn't even notified about that! They refused to refund the full amount and the woman I spoke to was very unprofessional. If you value your money just use other sources to write your CV.
