Absolutely shocking. I thought I had purchased the £16.95 for a full year and they charged me this every month for 10 months. As it was a well used credit card I hadn’t noticed. All terms suggested it was a full year I had paid for and the offer is still on the site. They gave me £4 as a ‘goodwill gesture’. Not the end of the world for me thankfully, but if I was short of cash, they couldn’t have cared less!! Stay well away. The product is shockingly bad also!

They are charging you even after you cancel your subscription, without any notice. I have just realised they are charging me since last year. Funny part is that I cancelled my subscription last year but they are still charging £16.95 every month. They are also very clever changing the date of charge each month so you don't recognise charges. Pathetic thieves.

This site operates in different countries, but the principle is the same. I used the French site and,
the site is presented as free. But to get your just created CV you need to register, for free, and pay 2,95€ for the CV, so far, fair enough. What they don't tell you, is that you have just subscribed for a monthy fee of 26.95€. And forget about deleting your account, you can't, you need to contact them.

I have signaled them to the french autorities and with enough complaints, the will get an investigation.
