An excellent online tool to help build you CV and Cover letter. No doubt this will help many people. The user experience is pretty good overall, hopefully the company will make improvements.

I think the value for money is questionable, the monthly cost is quite excessive for the service options and user experience, especially if you consider a good percentage of users may be out of work!

One major niggle I have is the cancel subscription process. Although the profile tab provides a route to cancel subscription, the cancel button doesn't work. I now have to trust that customer services will pick up my email and respond in good time.

Otherwise, I feel like this is a trustworthy company with a useful product offering and certainly provides a solid CV and cover letter structure and templates.

I did not sign up for anything other than a trial!! 2.95 I had 16.95 taken today without my permission.

I’m on an extremely tight budget either no income & 5 children to support.

No automated email saying your trial is coming to an end etc would you like to continue or cancel!

Absolutely outrageous! This is a scam
