This is a fraudulent company. Stay away.

Did my CV and cover letter, the process was quick and easy (even though I have limited technology skills) The suggestions to improve my CV were helpful and the cover letter I made was specific to the job I applied for. Must have worked as I got the first job I applied for!

Like others, I subscribed to a one off payment and then kept getting billed each month. When I contacted the company to cancel they informed me that I could do it online through my account settings, but there is no option to cancel. Their customer service phone number does not work and so you can't speak to them.

"Scamming Hidden Monthly Subscription"

I signed up to this site to make a CV, I was offered a once download payment of £1-£2 which I was happy and found a great part of the service.

However, what this company fails to tell you is that secretly, they sign you up to a monthly subscription WITHOUT informing you via email or clearly through the website when you order your 'once download' and charged me £17.

When contacting this company informing them of this, they responded acting as if they are "clear" with subscription and had the cheek to offer me half my money back quoting they did that as a 'one time courtesy'. Failure to take any accountability for their actions.

I will be taking this further with my bank as fraudulent behaviour is seen here.

"Billed unexpectedly"

Billed unexpectedly. Like others I thought I had paid a low one off payment to get a CV. Then get a nearly £17 deduction on my credit card without prior notification. Fortunately it came up on my app from the CC company. I never had an email when I did what I thought was the one off saying there would be a recurring charge.
This seems to be common with this company.
As others have said don’t trust the five star reviews. If you look at those reviewers they are obviously bots, only one review and from different countries

I loved how it had all the templates in one place and i could select the one that I like. Then it guided me step by step to create my own CV. The text suggestions were of great help.
