Absolutely horrific experience. Used their site to create a cv over a year ago on their ‘trial’. In the span of a year I have been charged monthly payments of a total of £200 with ZERO EMAILS, ZERO BANK STATEMENTS, 0 RECIEPTS and so much more. Contacted them and they essentially rubbed it in my face telling me the most they could give me is an £8 refund. I declined and they said they said they’d file an official ‘issue’, yet nothing was ever resolved. Horrible company who bend the business laws to reap as much money from you as they can. Disgusted that they are still running.

I've been charged 16.95 pounds without any sort of notification. This is ridiculous and straight up fraudulent, no other company changes you without emailing you a receipt or a warning

Realised this company were still continuing to take payments MONTHS AFTER I called customer service to cancel the entire thing. On the call with customer services, he spent the entire time trying to upsell anything he could when I had made it clear I wanted to cancel everything and terminate the account. Complete scam

please do not use these scammers,they will take your money from your account with no notice ,after you subscribe ,16.95 pounds every 4 weeks,yes i use this app to download a cv, they offer you 1 month free ,anyway is nor free i pay 2.95 for one of the templates so remember is not free like they say, you have to subscribe this is meant to input your card details ,and after that they charge you 16.95,so be aware with these cowboys
