I am having the same problem numerous other customers. I paid a one off fee of £2.95 but have since been charged £16.95 per month. They say they cannot find my account even though I sent a screenshot of my cancelled subscription (which I didn't want or realise had been setup) and they still can't find my account. This is a fraudulent company, how these companies can get away with starting subscription is rediculas. I have sent numerous emails with the same scripted response.. I am now reporting them to my bank as scammers!!

I have received a full refund from my perfect cv which was appreciated, however I still feel there is no transparency with their pricing/subscription and it did take a lot of effort to receive my refund, including cancelling my current bank card.

Advertise as free and takes you through the process but then surprise surprise, you get to a final page only to ask for a charge! Stop falsely advertising as free when you are NOT!

I used this service once to spruce up my CV, and initially, everything seemed fine. However, there's a major issue with transparency regarding the subscription fees. I paid a seemingly innocent fee of £2.00 for the CV improvement, but what I didn't notice was a tiny line in small font stating that a hefty £20 monthly subscription fee would be automatically charged to my account.
No one likes surprise charges, and it's disappointing that such an important detail was tucked away in barely readable text. I didn't receive any clear warning or confirmation before being billed. It's not fair to users who are just looking for a one-time service.
I strongly advise others to be cautious and scrutinize the fine print before using this service. I hope the company addresses this issue promptly and makes their subscription process more transparent.
Lesson learned, always read the fine print!

The service they provide is great but the subscription plan is completely a trap, feel really bad. You pay 2.95 for the first 14 days then they charge u 16.95 for each month after, however, when u cancel the subscription, they tell you that u can get a year subscription by 16.95.... in another words, if the customer forget about the payment, they will be charged every month at 16.95
the pricing just make totally no sense.
I admit that I forgot to cancel my subscription by the first 14 days, so it's my bad to be charged with the 16.95, but that doesn't feel good anyway, even the CV it created is quit good.

They've been taking £17 out of my account every month. I did not sign up to a subscription but they are adamant that I did and that it's my fault. They've been very stubborn in giving me my £50 back, and if it isn't in my account tomorrow I will be calling my bank.

My bank advised me to change my bank card so MPCV could not take the money £16.95 I did this and they still managed to take the money . I have spoken to them on the phone and they denied the account exists , it’s obvs does as what take money back every month. AVOID this company !!!

Well i got charged for monthly subscription, which was not in plan. Cancelled the subscription, and request for refund, and they did refund so over all a fair business deal,
service was good, i would definitely recommend to use their service,
Additionally their customer service was quite fast too,
