Got my amazing dog toothbrush!This product works great. It’s a must have for your pets!!

Do not order from this website! I ordered the dog and cat toothbrushes and toothpaste TEN months ago and only received the toothbrushes. I have emailed them consistently since and when they choose to answer they refuse to send me the rest of my order or give me a refund stating that their system says it is on it's way. I've never written a bad review in my life but almost a year of this appalling customer service has me very frustrated.

It took 3 months for the package to arrive. I had no idea I was ordering from China. I spent ridiculous amounts of time trying to discover the whereabouts of the package with Kaninecare saying they had no idea where it was, as it was in USPS’s possession and USPS saying it was not in their possesion. USPS had no record of it.
When at last, after 3 months, it did arrive, it was packaged in a plastic trash bag, all taped up. The dog Tooth Brush did not arrive at all, it just was not in the package with the dog bed. Nor have I received it since. Nor do I want it.

The dog bed was just a bad joke. It’s way undersized. The Mega size that I ordered “measuring 40 in+ “ according to website. The instruction to “measure your dog to match the inside measurement”. I assumed 40 in+ was the inside measurement as there was no other measurement listed in product description. My retired greyhound is 48 in. in length. The stuffing is floppy, lumpy and sparse. It is definitely not “human grade orthopedic memory foam” as described on Kaninecare website. You can knock loudly on the wooden floor THROUGH the padding! It looks puffy but there is no substance to it.

The sides of the bed do not stand up, it lays flat. The outside diameter is 36” with the sides laying flat. The inner measurement is 22” diameter. About half the size stated to be for the mega size as described on their website.

I accidentally stepped on the bed and nearly fell as the inner and bottom lining is so slippery and the padding is so sparse. We all know what memory foam is. This could not happen with memory foam, human grade or otherwise. This bed is a danger to me and my greyhound!
The return time limit is 30 days according to the website. It took 90 days to arrive. I have no wish to bear the expense of returning the product to China. I’d donate it to the local SPCA but it's dangerous, a human or a dog could slip and break a bone stepping on it.

Fraudulent marketing and criminal business practices.

Didn't receive full order, they told me it's on the way but can't give me a tracking nr. They are not replying to any emails. It's been weeks!!!

UPDATE: it’s been 7 weeks and four complaints and still nothing. This company is nothing but a huge scam screwing people out of their hard earned pay. I believe it might be time for legal action. There are enough complaints out there just like mine for a class action law suit. All thx good reviews are from people who either work there or are paid to put good reviews. Also can’t find FDA APPROVAL so false advertising I believe we could sue them into bankruptcy. UPDATE: due to this third complaint KANINE CARE sent a message that they would refund my money if I contacted them yet again. So I did and they told me the same thing. Since my package already shipped 6+weeks ago (and there is a tracking alert that the package CANNOT be located) they still refuse to refund my money! Scam, scam, scam!
LY790159211CN That’s my tracking number feel free to look it up on CHINA POST! Still waiting for my order that according to tracking is LOST! Bianca tells me they won’t give me my money back but I can return it if I ever get it (at my cost of course). Do not buy from this company they are a total scam. All the good reviews you see are from people paid to post them. This has been going on since May 2021.
