Still waiting for complete order to arrive after 7 months!! Given courier delays as an excuse. Waited, waited.....nothing. Requested a refund on multiple occasions with no response. This outfit is a total scam and if I could give it a zero star rating I would.

I ordered a Kaninecare toothbrush in October last year and the order has not arrived. I have emailed several times. Initially I was told to wait as delivered were taking a long time and the item had been dispatched and was in transit. Having now waited over 6 months without delivery I have emailed the company again to request a refund twice and have hand reply at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
