"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam. They advertise on Facebook that their products are $70 and 70% off putting their dog toothbrush products at 20 something dollars when the same product can be purchased in many other places online for way less money. The quality is total crap. My dog ripped up the doggy toothbrush in a manner of five minutes. Also when I placed my order, the product was sent initially from China and got stuck in some distribution center for weeks in the US. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. In total it took about six weeks for me to get the product. I would not recommend ordering anything from Kanine Care.

"So I have two dogs at home"

So I have two dogs at home. One just turned 4 years old is a 90 pound Dutch Shepard mix and the other is an 8 year old Lab mix weighing 80 pounds. This food works well for both dogs. My lab has a very sensitive stomach and it took me a while to find a food that didn't cause bloating or other fun side effects. She had no problem with it and she liked the flavor, which was a win-win for me. With both dogs eating the food, the 20-pound bag should last a little over two weeks.

My adult mini-schnauzer ripped off the small extra chewers toy in about 5 minutes. Do not recommend, overpriced piece of garbage.

Poses as company in U.S. but is a Chinese company You may or may not get your order. They respond with lies. I think the 5-star reviews are AI created to seem legitimate.

"Destroyed in 5 min, potential hazard"

I purchased the extreme dental chew because one of my dogs is a pretty aggressive chewer. Within five minutes he had broken off a large piece and almost swallowed it. I understand these aren’t meant to be indestructible, but if he can do that much damage in five minutes, this thing is obviously a piece of crap. Customer service clearly has no intention of refunding my money or offering any other solution. So I’m just here to warn any potential buyers (with dogs that actually are going to chew on it since that’s the what they need to do to get their teeth clean,) this specific product is not worth the risk of your dog swallowing a piece of the rubber and getting hurt.

I rare to never write a negative review, however, we did have a very disappointing experience after ordering these and waiting three weeks for delivery, the product fell apart, within five minutes of being given to my Boxer/Labrador.

Customer Service offered zero support, and was slightly rude. Has been a very disappointing and negative experience. Complete waste of money and the bigger frustration was the terrible Customer Service. This product did not help clean either of our dogs teeth (even the small doggie). Save yourself time, money and disappointment.

"Product never arrived"

Product never arrived. I order on December 2, 2023 and it’s now January 22, 2024. Still nothing! Contacted customer service numerous times, all I’m told is to be patient because they are behind. They won’t give me a refund. I’m reporting them to my credit card company.
