"Do not trust Kanine"

I ordered from this vendor and never received the order. When I challenged the transaction on my AMEX, after interacting with the vendor on my behalf, I was sent a copy of the airway bill which showed that the order was being sent from China. My address was missing half the information and my phone number was a string of random numbers. I’d strongly advise not to purchase from this vendor as they’re clearly an opportunistic operator selling goods of unchecked quality from China.

"Dangerous dog toothbrush and terrible…"

My small dog had choking-sized pieces of their "extreme chew" dog toothbrush chewed off in less than 10 minutes. I requested a refund because it's entirely inappropriate for my dog and they said that since it was used (once!) no refunds would be given. Their website states they have a 100% money-back guarantee, but they are not living up to this and are now ignoring my attempts to contact them.
Terrible, dangerous product and even worse customer service. Buyer beware...

"Lated less than 10 min Not as advertised"

What appalling customer service. I contacted KanineCare the very same day my dog toothbrush arrived letting them know it has lasted less than 10 min so maybe a 2 min chew and it was unusable. Their response is as follows: Our dog toothbrush was never advertised as indestructible, it's a chew toy that is meant to be disposable after repeated use, our refund policy also states clearly "To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging". My issue is there was no repeated use at all and how can you find this out if you do not let your dog chew it so cannot be returned unused. No replacement or refund / part refund. I would not purchase from here again. AU$50 chewed to bits in 2 min.

This company has the worst customer service and their products are below standard grade. DO NOT waste your money like I did.

"Would not purchase this product"

Supervision a must and I would not re purchase. My very small 3.5kg dog managed to tear a piece of the small dog toothbrush extreme chew in the first 5 minutes of getting it. There is a label stating the product is edible TPR and if your dog accidentally eats it, it will be excreted! I don’t think I want my dog eating thermoplastic. The company advises15-20 minutes chew time each day otherwise harmful to your dogs health. Also suggest replacing it after 20-30 days.

"Beware"

Beware. The products are made in and shipped from China which is not disclosed. Also when I tried to cancel one business day after ordering they told me no, it’s too late- “it’s already processing” even though they also said I wouldn’t be receiving this for almost a month. I would need to wait to receive the items and send back to China at my expense if I wanted to return. Luckily PayPal ruled in my favor and refunded me immediately.

Our twenty-month old Retriever Mix is an extreme chewer. I once had beautiful plants on our patio that she has destroyed by chewing them and/or dumping them in the yard. Our previous three dogs didn't touch those plants, so I thought they were safe. Wrong!! I saw this chew toy and bought it. We gave it to her earlier this week after she started chewing one of our large indoor floor plants. She appears to love it, it is still in one piece.
