"Totally scammed me outta my money"

Totally scammed me outta my money. It's a scam!!!!

I have never been one to write a review, let alone a bad one, but I feel compelled to warn people against this company. I have been chasing a refund since October on items never received and the responses I get from "Bianca" (when she bothers to reply) are vague and non-sensical and when you dare request a refund you get no response. Bianca uses a gmail address - any legitimate company would respond from an email address linked to their domain name, so this has been the biggest clue for me that the company is fraudulent as opposed to inept. They have not even responded when escalated through PayPal. I truly believe the positive reviews here are faked, used to distract from all the other negative reviews that reference similar experiences to the one I have had. I hope that nobody else has to experience the frustration with these scammers - for your own sake, stay away from this "company".

Waited almost 2 weeks, but it's worth the wait! My dogs don't want to put it down anymore. My best internet find! Love this toothbrush!

Update: Company posted on April 8, 2022 that they would address the issue. To date, they have NOT!
I provided my order number, twice, and no response.

Company says they will provide refunds if you ship their unused product back to China, at YOUR cost. I did this in June and still haven't received a refund. Bianca stopped answering my emails. And, I am out the money I spent, the product, and the cost to ship it back. Total scam company and junk product.

Don't waste your time or money!!!

We never received our items. Bianca has been very limited in her communications since October. No resolution. At this point they have taken my money. No trust here.

They texted a random tracking number that appears to be bogus as far as I can tell and the support person Bianca never followed through in providing a status of my order

I am updating my review because after 6 weeks my item which I thought would not arrived has been picked up by the post. On the downside though, Im still yet to receive it so unable to review it. I also did not receive great service from the company and had no idea what was going on. They could provide much better customer service than they have been delivering so far.

I got my puppies toothbrush today plus beef toothpaste. She loves the chew but how do you get the the toothpaste inside the chew (I have the green one)?
I put it on the outside and she liked the taste but licked it off instead of chewing. On another review I read that they also received a little cleaning brush? Very happy with the material and easy design. Good delivery time etc.thank you

SCAMMERS!!!
1 year ago i bought toy from them for 25$ and never got it. I wrote to their customer support and they asked for details of my order. I sent all details and they apologized for delay. When i asked for tracking number they disappeared and stopped to answer for my messages.
After 6 months of waiting i asked for refund of my money. I am nurse and i am earning this money for 3 days in my home country. Why this people are stealing my money like this? Its was Christmas present for my mom and i am so disappointed that Moms dog stayed without any present.

I sent to this company around 35-40 emails and every time they just no answering at all for or they are asking to sent them one more time all details.

Scammers who will steal your money.
