"I haven't received the product yet"

I haven't received the product yet, however when making my purchase, the site charged $60 more than what the cart showed. When looking closer, they had removed all discounts. I inquired via email, and was told that I had added non-discounted items to the cart, even though the items were on sale, and showed being on sale when I added them. It's a scam with terrible customer service. Beware

My dog is 10 years old and I'm always afraid of having him sedated simply to clean his teeth. I ordered this toothbrush in hopes of removing some of the buildup from his teeth. He hasn't put his new toy down since! He loves playing fetch with it and then laying and chewing on it. I added a little doggie toothpaste to increase the benefits. His teeth are already looking much cleaner and his gums look better too!

Wish I could like this one. Absolute rip off and was chewed and broken on the first day. My dog isn’t even a big chewer so the product is rubbish. Don’t even bother.

"Toothbrush not good quality and toothpaste never arrived"

I ordered the toothbrush and the toothpaste. The toothbrush arrived on its own within a decent amount of time, but my dogs were chewing the base and there were bits of plastic everywhere. In the end I threw it away. The toothpaste never arrived, I chased them regularly and in the end they stopped replying to my emails and were really unhelpful.

I don't usually do this but I was so disappointed with the product and then with the response from the company when I requested a refund. My 7kg moodle had pieces bitten off the base within a minute of chewing on it. When I asked if they would consider refunding me based on this, they apologised saying they only provide refunds for items that are in original condition and packaging.
