I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.

DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”.
So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

No testngo representative showed up!
Their website now shows as unavailable.
No contact from testngo to inform me of any issues.

Shocking .. received no test results which resulted in almost not getting on plane .. said we would get refund . Still waiting .. avoid avoid
