BE AWARE - they charge $50 for booking cancellation fee as there are no other company doing that except them and they did not even mention it when you book.

Update: Smartcruiser admin reached back out today and rectified the issue with a solution that was satisfactory. We appreciate that they re thought their decision; they showed that they really do care about their customers and customer retention. And that is why I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars.

We have cruised with Smartcruiser for over 10 years and never had the issue we had til this past cruise. We have had missing onboard credit in the past, would call and the issue would be rectified. This most recent cruise in June which was a big family cruise so multiple rooms were booked through them. Two rooms in our party were missing partial onboard credit which we emailed out TA. We were advised by their admin/ account department it was called in but did not know when NCL would post the rest. Let's just say it never posted and from the correspondence from smartcruiser they were trying to convince me that the amount we received was correct though it did not mirror the amount that was advertised and what showed in our paperwork when we booked. We currently have one booked with them in 2024 which will be our last since they don't believe in honoring what they advertise and what their documentation shows what is owed when book.

J'ai réservé et payé entièrement une croisière ce matin. J'ai reçu la confirmation et en regardant les détails du prix j'ai vu que le prix a augmenté de $50 et que je devais $50 de plus.J'ai communiqué avec eux pour savoir ce qui se passe,ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne savent pas et que je peux annuler la croisière SINON j'aurai à payer le $50. J'ai répondu que je n'avais pas à payer $50 pour leur erreur alors j'annule m'a croisière et j'en achète une autre avec une autre agence. Ils m'ont répondu qu'ils m'ont envoyé une autre confirmation sans le $50 et sans explication ni aucune excuse. Je peux dire pour le service à la clientèle, ils en ont à apprendre et à l'avenir je vais acheter ailleurs.
