Staff was very friendly and driver even guided me about latest attractions in dubai and COVID rules.

The car was good. We ve been there from March 22-26, we left the 220€ deposit and we still didn’t get it back. The policy of the company claims the deposit should be refunded in 45 working days. 4 months passed and nothing. We emailed them million times and the only answer is “sorry, let us check it with our accounting team”. That’s it.shitttttt company.

DO NOT RENT HERE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. I WAS DEFRAUDED FOR THE ENTIRE PRE AUTHORIZED AMOUNT ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR AN ALLEGED TRAFFIC FINE. WITHOUT A SHRED OF PROOF JUST A MADE UP PDF BUT EXACTLY FOR THE REMAINING "OPEN" AMOUNT = DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CORRECT RENTAL CHARGES AND "DEPOSIT" AS PREAUTHORIZED ON MY DINERS CLUB CREDIT CARD.

ATTENTION: DINERS CLUB WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL.

I got charged for a traffic fine in Ras Al Khaimah, while physixally being in Fujairah at the very same time. Of course they charged it against my deposit authorisation and Diners Club wont help.
Money is gone.
Do not go here, they are Criminals.

Jeg synes godt nok det er noget dårlig service i kommer med. I får mig til at betale ekstra forsikring på 472 aed og stadig opkræver glasskade, selvom der ikke er noget sket med bilen. Det sagde chaufføren som jeg fik afleverede bilen hos. I siger i kun har reserveret 1000 aed, det passer ikke når jeg kan se i har trukket dem i min bank.
