Tagesausflug Keukenhof ,habe eine Deutsche Übersetzung gebucht ,war alles nur Englisch ,am nächsten Tag Eintritt in das Ajax Amsterdam Stadion wieder eine Deutsche Übersetzung gebucht und wieder nur Englisch geredet, es gibt nämlich keinen Deutschen Guide laut Auskunft vom Personal vor Ort, das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit .
Wenn wir das gewusst hätten ,hätten wir es nicht gebucht .

"The worst company I’ve ever booked with…"

The worst company I’ve ever booked with ruined my holiday completely I booked for myself for my nine-year-old daughter to attend the Roman Colosseum today. I preplanned an itinerary and booked for myself and my daughter to attend the Colosseum at 11:30. It took me over 30 minutes to locate the tour and tours officers due to the sign being incorrect. I then had to ask a local street seller to show me the directions of where to go. He then wanted paying for this. There was nobody at the meeting point or in the square for me to liaise with and I suffer with a mental impairment and this caused me no end of stressing upset my daughter is nine years old and I was then told that her ticket would not be given to me as they do not have a printer of it this was due to the incompetence I believe of the company I’ve been demanded for somebody to come down to the Colosseum with me as I suffer from a mental impairment and was getting quite upset at this point as I was confused as to why other people were getting children’s tickets but I wasn’t the ticket that was given to me presented that I only paid £18 when a actual fact I paid £45 through get your guide. I was then told that I needed to wait in a queue at the Colosseum which was more than likely full of over 300 people this then meant that I missed the time to enter the Colosseum and was then asked if I would push in the queue. I was so disheartened and upset. I spoke to an advisor at the Colosseum and they informed me that it was the issue of the tall provider. It was nothing to do with the Colosseum to provide the child’s ticket at this point. I’m very frustrated and it’s getting very hot. I then have to walk back to the tour and tours officers and I demand that I am given a new ticket at this point my daughter is so disheartened as she is currently learning about the Romans in our history lesson and we wanted to attend earlier on in the day so we could follow on the itinerary that we had planned. This ruined my whole day it then meant that I had to attend the Colosseum at 2:30 in the afternoon in the strong and powerful heat. This just shows the incompetence of the company and the fact they have no duty of care I am absolutely disgusting and would not recommend this company to anybody especially somebody with a mental impairment or disability. They have no compassion.

"Sold wrong tickets"

We were in amsterdam and unfortunately been to toursandtickets.We wanted to buy 3 van gogh muesum tickets and 2 canal cruise,but the shop asistant/manager sold us 3 rijk muesum tickets ?? sad that they are nonrefundable we may can go rijk ? İ have already been to rijk and want to go van gogh and this is totally her fault ! İ have written manyy mails to toursantickets , they keep saying shop asistant did confirmed?? (she did not) tickets are non refundable. İ am very sorry about all this , my money has gone bc of shop asistant did not listened me and even after all my emails they did not help me!

Booked a tour, paid with cash, they cancelled the tour, then said hey fill in some forms and we will pay you in 14 to 28 days.
Scammers.
Make sure you pay with credit card so you can cancel the order and get your money back if they cancel on you.

"Unreliable Service & Poor Customer Support – Avoid This Tour Company!"

I had a highly disappointing experience with Tours and Travels, Amsterdam. I booked a tour over the counter at their Amsterdam Centraal office, and their representative assured me that I would be notified if the tour was canceled. However, I never received any cancellation email or notification.

On the day of the tour, after traveling a long distance specifically to join the trip to Bruges, I arrived at their office only to be informed that the tour was canceled. This was incredibly frustrating and completely ruined our plans.

The lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience even worse. Their staff showed little concern for the inconvenience caused, and despite having only a few customers to manage, they failed to send a simple email about the cancellation.

If you’re considering booking a tour with this company, think twice. There are many more reliable travel agencies that respect their customers’ time and money. I strongly advise looking for a more trustworthy operator to avoid the disappointment we faced.

"I paid 150 euro for six tickets to…"

I paid 150 euro for six tickets to Rijksmuseum Amsterdam. No tickets were sent to my mail. Checked everywhere, spam folder etc. Nothing. The customer support are awful and gives answers that are copy pasted.
Avoid this unserious business!!

"Abandono en Brugge"

Mi pareja y yo contratamos una excursión de Amsterdam a Brugge en el día de hoy 27 de noviembre de 2024. Nos presentamos a las 9.00h. En la estación central, como nos habían solicitado y después de una espera de 30 minutos en el andén + 10 minutos en el autobús, salimos hacia Brugge. Pero éste no es el inconveniente. Para el regreso, nuestra guía llamada Pía nos indicó que debíamos encontrarnos junto al autobús a las 17.15h. Cuál es nuestra sorpresa al llegar a las 17.10h y al acercarnos al autobús, ver cómo éste arranca! No solo salió 5 minutos antes de la hora de encuentro indicada, sino que nuestra guía no comprobó si todos sus clientes del día de hoy estaban subidos al autobús, para devolverlos a su destino. Como se puede dejar a 2 personas a 270 kms??
Nuestra suerte es que en el mismo parking había otro autobús turístico de otra compañía que nos está llevando de vuelta a Ámsterdam.

The tour to Hague, Delft and Rotterdam was excellent and value for money if you have a short time in Amsterdam. We visited all the main places of interest including a boat cruise in Rotterdam and visits to Madurodam and Royal Delft Factory. The guide Tony was excellent, very knowledgeable on history, can speak many languages and had a great sense of humor. Excellent tour and guide!

I am disgusted in this company. My partner and I purchased tickets for the windmills and countryside tour which was told to us it was a boat. We bought their tickets and had to walk far to where the boats were to collect out wristbands and then to find "dock L" - TO WHICH WE FOUND DOESNT EXISIT AFTER THE LADY WE SPOKE TO THERE ALSO CONFIRMED THE BOAT WOULD BE RIGHT OUT FRONT.

We then had to walk miles back to a VERY RUDE and unhelpful guy by the name of ANIBIEL ( SHOULD BE FIRED) who was disgustingly rude and unhelpful and told us to get lost as we wanted a refund after wasting an entire day looking for a boat!
