"This is a follow-up to my original review on March 26th"

This is a follow-up to my review published on March 26th. Myus replied to my review on March 31st and suggested I email them my complaint so they could help me further. So on April 1st I did, and here it is April 16th, and again I have received no communication from them at all, no case number, we are looking into the situation, nothing. Please, if anyone knows of a better company to ship internationally, please let me know. I absolutely do not recommend Myus for International shipping. They were good in the beginning, but the longer I am with them, the harder it is, and they don't send updates about changes; they just surprise you with increases.

They charged me taxes and import duties, even though DHL also clearly intends to collect them as part of normal import procedures

If customer satisfaction is important to you, you can start by fixing mistakes made, not a single mistake has been fixed and not the latest one either. Apologies are just pretty words, nothing happens when you point out mistakes you made.

Warning for this company, there are much better ones. When they make mistakes, and they often do, they try to correct half and also in the form of a deduction on the next order. What kind of invention is this, when they make a mistake, they should pay back, not make a deduction on the next order. I never want to use these scammers again, the worst possible customer service, they can never admit their own mistakes. It is their business model to deceive the customer and see if he discovers the surcharge, if he does, they pretend it is raining, they don't care.
