Fantastic Clothing + Great Customer Service

I recently reached out to Customer Service after accidentally shrinking my Mora merino wool jumper shortly after purchase, largely due to not fully reviewing the detailed care guide before washing. When I explained the situation, both Milan and Becky responded in a professional and efficient manner, helping me resolve the issue. I was only hoping to find a way to salvage the damage, but I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an exchange for a replacement instead.

I initially chose to purchase from Finisterre because of their commitment to high-quality products and their use of recycled materials. It's reassuring to know that their customer service also upholds these high standards, ensuring a positive experience for everyone. After this exceptional support, I have no doubt that I’ll be a loyal customer for years to come.

"Such excellent customer service"

I had missed the deadline for returning a jacket but Becky in the Customer Services team extended the deadline so I could still return it. She replied to my email promptly, efficiently and professionally and, despite the fact that it was my fault that I’d missed the deadline, she fixed the problem. I’m so impressed with this and was just sorry that the jacket didn’t fit me.

I phoned and was asked if I could send some photographs of the items fault. This was done very shortly after along with my preference on how I would like the issue resolved. I had further emailed updates regarding dispatch/tracking and from start to finish the whole thing took 3days. A professional and very friendly experience.

"Unparalleled customer service"

I've been a customer for years. I recently contacted the Finisterre team to let them know a jumper had unexpectedly shrunk despite following the care instructions. The team were very fast to respond and incredibly helpful. They made amends the same day. A big thank you to Becky in Customer Services.

Great customer service, bought a women’s Hegen fleece, within 10 days the cuff seam unravelled. Contacted Finisterre by email and they responded within 12 hours. I opted for a replacement. This was delivered within 24 hours of my initial contact.
