I initially ordered online, but unfortunately the item I ordered became out of stock just after I ordered it. Finisterre refunded my payment. However, because I was disappointed, Milan from the. Finisterre team went above and beyond expectations by checking their in-store stock, located the item in-store, and then sent the item to me via 24 hour delivery. It arrived next day.

The jumper itself is a perfect fit and very comfortable. Thanks Finisterre!

Finisterre’s staff & the company as a whole, are on top of their game.
I purchased a jacket (Nebulas), from my local outlet & it had a slight flaw on one of the arms, after only seeing this when I returned home to wear it!
I emailed customer services & spoke to (Milan) who assured me that they’d locate the same jacket from another store & send it to me prompt.
A few days later, it turned up, perfect!
Great service from a great team.
Highly recommend their apparel & clothing.

We always love visiting our local Finisterre stores. However, what a particular joy it was to visit the store at St. Ives last Saturday. The team of two ladies were super - patient and helpful as I tried on various jumpers. A particularly helpful lady, French possibly, spent an age helping me decide upon which jumper to buy. My wife and I very much enjoyed the whole store visit. Thank you St. Ives.

These guys are absolute class. I ordered a few different jackets as I live far away from them. I used a gift card and a discount code and they were great sorting it all out as I returned some things.
