I purchased a wetsuit for my wife as part of her Christmas presents, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit. I initiated a return, but encountered difficulties generating the return label. I reached out to customer service, and Jack promptly responded, resolving the issue efficiently. Additionally, Ali was quick to assist with my refund inquiry.

While it’s unfortunate that my order had to be returned, I was very impressed by the high level of customer service provided, which was greatly appreciated.

Parcel didn't arrive first time but customer service was OUTSTANDING!
Replacement arrived next day but unfortunately didn't fit.
Finisterre is quality product in general though 👍

Not only was a solution reached promptly, I was given further information into the care of the product and sent a refund the same day. A huge thanks to the team for making my day!

I bought a pair of socks for my wife that got a hole in the toe almost immediately with barely any use. I contacted the customer services team who immediately, and without question, offered their apologies and either a replacement or refund. I was really surprised at the fault in the socks but not at all surprised by the customer services team's response, I have had previous good experience with this company which, along with the normal quality of their clothes, is why I continue to use them.
