Have used/bought Finisterre products for a while now, but after a certain pair of trousers I was after went out of stock on the web-site just after I received birthday vouchers that I was planning to use to purchase a pair, I've had my first bit of contact with an actual Finisterre store and customer service team, and can say the company/people are absolutely awesome! I emailed Customer Services and Becky helpfully replied to advise they possibly had stock of the trousers at the St. Agnes store, and provided the phone number - Paul there answered the phone, confirmed they had stock, and then was very helpful/patient whilst I read him my gift voucher codes, and my card details to make up the balance, and then am having the trousers posted to me. Paul was super helpful/patient on the phone, and positive! - and helpful emails from Becky too mean I'm really happy with the service all round - thanks both/Finisterre!

FINISTERRE! Remember this Company. My son started buying sweatshirts a few years ago finding them so comfortable & easy to launder; so I now buy from them too as gifts, also their smart shirt range...a couple beforeChristmas & one for my other son, who now also likes their apparel. Good choice of colours, although the "new in" ones you want go so quickly! Love the ethos of this company, and the team there will address your requests promptly. Yes, you can actually speak to a real person too. Very helpful indeed.

I ripped my beloved Borealis coat on barbed wire and feared the worst!! Contacted Finisterre who encouraged me to get it repaired rather than buy a new one. The service was personal and phenomenal, Emily did a great job and communicated with me throughout, even making sure I got it back in time for a planned trip. Rarely does a company walk the talk when it comes to sustainability and ethics over profits, I would not buy from anywhere else. And the coat is still my favourite!
