I had an issue with some socks I purchased and the customer service team responded so quickly and were super helpful. This could have been a negative experience but they they left me feeling even more positive about Finisterre (I'm a long standing customer). Thanks so much!

So disappointed, I bought some Classic wool socks in mid December, I used each pair no more than 5/6 times and already have a hole on the heel.
£15 a pair, what a joke, will never buy again from them.

I like most of their products and their ethos about environment but I am quite disappointed that the products are made in china. I am sure it for costs reasons but it does cut across the values the brand is promoting and question the carbon foot-print of their products.

I can see the reviews saying hard-wearing socks etc but no button to add my experience. I bought the wool socks thinking they were good quality like other wool socks bought elsewhere. They have lasted 2 months! I have holes in the toes, under my foot, which has never happened. The wool has thinned in other areas—worst quality wool socks I have ever bought. Extremely disappointed and will be getting a refund.
Update: I am being sent a review email to submit a review for the socks and have been given a full refund for all the wool socks I bought. Good and quick customer service but rubbish socks!
