What an absolute amazing level of customer service and support from Ali and the team at Finisterre. I had an issue with a jacket purchased and within less than 24 hours a replacement had been issued. Finisterre is my go to for fantastic quality clothing that works so hard against the elements and so good to know it’s backed up by phenomenal customer care. Thank you again😊

"Disappointing"

Disappointing. I placed an online order and the checkout page charged me the wrong amount, then the order went through twice. I contacted Finistere customer service immediately but they wouldn't cancel the duplicate order.

Their automated help system is super useful... I forgot to add my discount code to my order and within a few clicks and a couple of minutes I was able to add the code and get a partial refund for the discount amount. Thanks finisterre!

"Due to a Royal Mail mistake my Skybird…"

Due to a Royal Mail mistake my Skybird waterproof was delivered on the wrong day when we were overseas and consequently, the jacket was stolen from our porch.
Having explained this to Finisterre, they could see my instructions to Royal Mail weren't followed and sent me a new jacket DPD delivery the next day, honoured the discount I had applied due to many recent purchases and provided me a refund for the first jacket (I had in the meantime purchased another jacket at an expense).

Great service, kind, loyal and human. Couldn't recommend the company more. Plus the product is amazing.

"Only a pair of socks ;0)"

I gave a review of a pair of socks, which in the grand scheme of things wasn’t that important but I was disappointed with the quality, as it wasn’t what I had come to expect from the brand.

A little while later, I received an email from Customer Services, it acknowledged the problem, apologised and wanted to put it right immediately.

They gave me options, which was great and honestly they went over and above my expectations to ensure that I was 110% happy with the outcome.

Customer Services is a tough job but these guys have it spot on, friendly, helpful, don’t shy away from the feedback, even if negative and want to resolve it to ensure I’m kept a happy customer.

I was a loyal customer prior to this and honestly even more so now, can’t fault how this was handled and all for the sake of a pair of socks … great job, highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed if you purchase from this brand !!

I had to send a faulty item back recently and was very impressed by the team at Finisterre. They were polite and very helpful, the returns policy was easy. A person’s name was used in the emails, personal human contact..we need more of this. I was offered a full refund or could exchange the item for another product. I really like their designs and more importantly that they are sustainable and trying out new and innovative ideas for their clothing. I look forward to buying many more items from Finisterre in the future. Thank you.
