They increase the price from0.24 to 0.45 for a very slow lamb post who will use and wait for 12 hours and pay that amount while i can get fully charged for 40minutes and the same price this is rip off

"Absolutely rubbish"
Absolutely rubbish - why oh why can they not update their system to keep your payment details rather than having to enter the same details every single time then a lot of time it doesn’t work and you have to do it again. Also way to little charging points. Please just update your system at least

"Our third charge with Ubitricity"
Our third charge with Ubitricity and very efficient and reasonable cost. We were with Source London but cancelled our membership based on high prices and slowness of charge. More Ubitricity points please !!!

"UBITRICITY is getting Britain moving… backwards"
UBITRICITY is getting Britain moving but not in the way I expected
In the last 6months, Ubitricity introduced price rises and connection fees. Driving a hybrid vehicle in London, my standard charge went from £1.7 to £3.6 for 26miles at best. Clearly energy prices are up but not in the same multiples. As a result I am back to using petrol. With all the public money that went to build this company, we would have thought they can find a reasonable middle ground that does not deter drivers in a congested / polluted area from driving electrical. I am now back to Shell petrol station... wait is that not Ubitricity new owner?? OK I get it!

"When ubitricity were independent they…"
When ubitricity were independent they were great. Reports of a faulty charger were seen to immediately with repairs carried out in around 24hrs from the call to them.
Since Shell (an oil & gas exploration company) acquired ubitricity in Feb 2021, we have witnessed a reduction in lamppost chargers from 3 to two and one of the remaining charges being out of service for around 6 months.
When making multiple requests for ubitricity to repair the faulty charger, it simply falls on deaf ears. They are aware and respond by saying they have recieved multiple reports and then nothing...........
I feel it is time Shell updates ubertricity’s mission statement:
Since 2008, we have been on a mission to make this energy available anytime, everywhere and for all EV drivers. With our innovative lamppost charge points, we ensure that EVs can be charged where they are parked.
ubitricity‘s vision is a zero-carbon future through delivering sustainable electricity for every electric vehicle, everywhere.

"Awful - they either don’t work or space is blocked by a non EV"
9 times out of 10 I plug it in and the charging starts and then I get a notification saying charging has stopped and then I start the process again and same thing and then drive to the next to find the location is either taken up by a non electric car or I start charging and it fails again.
So most of my charging outings have been a 2 hour excursion driving around trying to charge and then giving up with ubitricity and ending up with the more expensive Source London which is more expensive but not more expensive than my time which is spent wasted on Ubitricity. I won’t bother at all anymore.
