This company are very unprofessional in responding to queries from residents of the building they manage. Most correspondence is full of grammatical errors and sent out on 5pm on a Friday. They are also dishonest and won’t provide legal contracts at the request of solicitors.

Eight Asset Management took funds from our accounts without permission, failed to return the funds to date, failed to provide accurate information on the financials to the Directors, failed to provide Accounts, failed to pay contractors on time, the owner (Craig S) refuses to take responsibility and their employees appear to be leaving one by one.
The owner also intimidated a fellow Leaseholder for posting a review detailing the above. Unacceptable behaviour to victims of this company.

I wish I could remember the name of the lovely lady who helped me over the phone today with a query on a debt from my parents account in probate.
Whoever you were you were lovely and I hope you read this. You made the whole process from start to finish very easy and were also very understanding .

A shocking, concerning dishonest and illegal scheme run by people whom I and 27 other tenants wish to sue via legal channels.
Jade Hammond our contact does not respond to emails, has appointed by illegal and illicit means a parking company, they have doubled the service charges a 100% increase which previous companies all of them used to maintain our electric gates with but they raise shoddy excuses as to why they can not and to our Horror advised they when they do they will ask us for even more money
Can not justify the double increase
Or demonstrate allocation of funds with receipts
Also they will not provide any details of the estate directors or landlords
The most dodgy company and I will be sure to take this matter ALL the way via legal channels

"Agressive Building Mismanagement"
8AM were the property managers at Parkaus in Hackney for roughly 8 months before they were replaced. They were unorganised, uncommunicative and aggressive with tenants and leaseholders. They chronically mismanaged the building and communications.

seldom responds to correspondance, ignores their own instructions, constant staff turnover so no one knows who to contact, ignores legislation, aggressively chases money they are not owed.
