Dealt with Eight Asset Management through tenancy at Clifton House. Very professional, the whole building was always kept neat and clean. Even the trash was always taken care of, never saw even flies swarming in the garbage room. Apartments are very modern with modern appliances, smart meters, modern elevators, in house parcel machine, very big enclosed car parking for tenants of the house only.... Staff were very supportive at any issue we faced throughout the year we lived there. I highly recommend.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the management of our complex by Eight Asset Management. The cleanliness is appalling, with trash often left uncollected and common areas not properly maintained. The lifts have been out of order for months, causing significant inconvenience to residents, especially those with mobility issues. Additionally, the hot water supply is unreliable, often going off and on without notice. From a security standpoint, they have failed to complete the installation of essential security doors, leaving residents feeling unsafe. Their management and maintenance services are far below acceptable standards, and urgent improvements are needed.

"Suffocatingly bad."
When this company came on board as the third managing agent in nearly as many years they promised the leaseholders a professional, attentive and responsive service. The service received has been pathetic. The communication and interface with residents appalling. The management of the service charges, heating bills and etc. has been woeful. They never properly deal with queries from leaseholders. Their whole service is frankly, woeful.

No matter how many times we complain our windows are still not being cleaned, our gate is still broken, service charge up 40%, no accounts since 2022 and 2023 are now due anyone who puts 5 stars reviews must be dealing with a different company because all the one stars can't be wrong, what are you doing with our money??? Why are we not getting any accounts???

Thank you to Akina-Marie for her service , she has taken care of mine and my families tenancy for the last year and can’t fault her at all , always responds to calls emails and gets things done asap , it’s a breath of fresh air dealing with someone in rental world that actually care about people and them having nice happy homes , I have rented many times before and never had a good experience at all so to have such a great one with her , We’d all take a property managed by her a million times over ! I have dealt with several horrific estate managers in the past so it’s a breath of fresh air to have a company who truly value the clients experience.
Any issues are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. We really feel heard as a couple and any concerns that we have had have been addressed very swiftly. Fully recommend

Absolutely shocking service provided from these guys, In particular Jade has been non responsive with a emails she’s been unable to answer.
I’d suggest something dodgy is going on with there company as a whole with how they run the whole thing, lack of accounts/ documents provided when any increases are applied.
Stay well clear of these scum bags.

We have Jemma Laffan & Jade Hammond running our building. It is beyond awful, they are highly unresponsive to email & phone calls. We have also had our service charges increased by 26% in 1 year with no justification for why the increase in costs. They have also not provided costs of some years, leading to a lot of us believing there are nefarious things going on with the money they are receiving.

"Bad company"
Bad company. Our Carpark gate was broken for a day and a half and people literally had to take Ubers to go to work. I had to cancel work and lost money. What if someone had an emergency?! No apologies from the company either. They just don’t care, they just good at taking our money. Back door of the building was broken for a few days too. They keep increasing service charges but they don’t do anything.

I had a great experience at Clifton House and my issues were sorted within a reasonable amount of time. Akina-Marie Rowledge the assistant lettings manager was very hands-on and helped sort out issues very quickly.
