I lead the Residents Association for a building managed by 8AM and am appalled by the service we have received. I own ten other rental properties so know what a reasonable benchmark for a managing agent is, and 8AM consistently fall short. Non-responsive, no accountability, repeated bailiff letters to leaseholders for issues 8AM charge to manage. Just awful

"Great service from Akina-Marie and the team"

My parents moved into a rented apartment while we look for a permanent home. Akina-Marie was assigned as our point person for any queries. She and the rest of team have been brilliant to deal with from the first contact. The renting experience is new to my parents and they were concerned about doing it but Akina-Marie has made it easy. We had an issue with the heating on the first day and a heating engineer turned up within 30 minutes of us reporting the problem. The sink was blocked and a plumber was sent out to deal with it. Any question we have had about utilities, sky TV, payment, furniture in the property etc. have been answered rapidly in a really friendly and professional way. Feels like we are being really well supported during what has been a stressful time for my parents. Thank you Akina-Marie!

Dan has been a joy to work with since he took over Sabrina earlier in the year. Every enquiry is quickly acknowledged and dealt with.

I don’t usually leave reviews for anyone in fact this might be my first time pointing out an individual person but it has to be said that Akina is fantastic. She is an asset to your company, not only does she really care for her tenants and is super friendly but she gets things done. I have recently moved back in to one of your apartments after having rented before, but my experience has been so different because Akina was not my main contact previously. Belgravia have really got it right with her, it is not often you find people so kind, caring but also driven and efficient in this type of job. I can’t praise her enough and I look forward to her being my contact throughout my tenancy.
