"Great Support for Replacement"

We had a strap break on the harness and requested help on how to replace it. After roughly two weeks, as they were very busy they stated, we were helped quickly and efficiently. They asked for pictures of the damaged peice and then processed the replacement which was delivered within days. At no cost as well! We recieved more than we thought we would and are very grateful to the support staff for helping us.

I emailed Graco to ask about a replacement raincover as i couldnt find info on which one would be suitable for my pram, They replied back asking for delivery info for one to be sent out for free as a gesture of goodwill. This company went beyond expectation and i greatly appreciate it!

"Graco turn to me 360 carseat failed (or so we thought)"

This review concerns Graco customer service and not Graco Car Seats. Because of totally useless demonstration video and a totally useless instruction book that has more languages than the actual instructions themselves, I cut a hole in my grandchildren's car seat to get a release mechanism that I could have gotten to through what we thought was a strap adjustment for future growth. If you buy the Graco turn to me 360 car seat, ask Graco customer service to send you the short video they made on how it works. They explained it better than any you tube video or instructional manual did. Pros Graco Customer Service Cons, instructional manual and demonstration on you tube. Well done and thank you Graco Customer Service. Update, in a Gesture of Good will, Graco are sending me a replacement cover for the hole in the fabric. I have always used Graco Seats and had no hesitation in buying this seat, the issue was it sat in my wife's car for so long before they used it, they had not realized the mechanism was inside the seat and that the manual did an extremely bad of job of showing it that I had to call customer service to get it clarified.

We had a second-hand car seat which was missing a pad for the lap buckle. Graco were very helpful and offered to find a spare pad that would work and sent it fee of charge. Excellent Customer Service.

"Help given to baby bank charity"

I help run a baby bank charity and we had a move with me donated without an electric adaptor. Graco have been amazingly generous and are sending us a replacement free of charge.

"Awful company"

Poor customer service, been trying to get a flimsy faulty swing picked up and refunded for weeks. The quality of the products are absolutely awful. Definitely do not recommend anyone to buy from this company unless you like being ripped off.
