I would have given 10 stars if I was allowed! Mice ruined the covers of the backs to 2 Junior Maxi booster seats, which I’d been storing for some years. I enquired whether I could buy replacements and was offered free ones from stock. These arrived 4 days later! This is incredible customer service to back up a sturdy well made child’s car seat.

Needed a pushchair tray for the car seat to click in. Graco was absolutely fantastic and quick with replying. They even went about to send me the item free of charge as a form of good will. Sadly the item wasn’t in stock but honestly with the amazing customer service I still felt good about the way my enquiry was dealt with. Definitely would buy their products more frequently.

Accidentally burned a highchair tray, sleep deprivation is a hell of a drug, contacted their customer service and Caroline (from customer service) sent me a new one. Fantastic customer service, Caroline is a star.
I'm happy, the wife is happy, the baby is happy, will continue to use their products.
