Spoke to a very helpful lady who was able to give he all the information and facts I needed to make an informed decision.
She was professional in her approach and able to answer all my questions.
I was offered replacement parts totally free. I had been expecting to pay.

In a nutshell, a cup holder for our grandsons car seat was misplaced , initially I was disappointed as unable to re-order on any site , I contacted Customer Service , final and very quick result is that a replacement is on way to me …..3 days start to finish !
First class customer service , it was unexpected as these days nobody seems to be willing to help , I very rarely write reviews but in this instance felt it right too …..must’ve been good !

I have multiple graco baby items and have been extremely impressed with the low price but high quality of them all.
I recently reached out to their customer services as I had damaged my high chair tray (by accidentally burning it!). They replied to me extremely quickly and have graciously sent me out a new tray! I am so happy as I was worried I would have to buy a whole new chair!
Will continue using their products for years to come and so happy for their amazing customer service!

Just received my new car seat from graco quick delivery well packaged. There was so many languages in the manuals, I think that is great for our multi language country so every can read the instructions. Great company I will buy another seat from them in The future no doubts about it. Thanks for being so brilliant

Out daughter's booster seat is missing the head rest cover and I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. I tried searching through Google, Ebay and Amazon, and even asked on FB marketplace if anyone had one from an old or damaged seat that we could have. No joy.
So, I messaged Graco instead to see if I could buy one direct from them.
Short answer, no, they didn't let me buy one.
Instead they sent one out completely free of charge! I spoke with a wonderful lady named Lauren who was so polite and friendly and helpful!
