"Replacement part"

I had lost a pole for our Graco travel cot and on the off chance I contacted the customer services to see if there was anything they could do. They asked for a few details and are sending a replacement free of charge. Excellent customer service and experience

"Customer Service second to none!"

I have a Graco Breaze Lite and was very happy with it, no problems at all until I decided that, yes I could fit that and half a dozen other things into my car boot at the same time, unfortunately for me as I slammed the boot closed I decimated one of the wheels.

Nothing to do with build quality of the wheels just my own heavy handedness.

In the bad books with the missus unreached out to the Graco Customer Services and the delightful Caroline was able to help me to the point where I have been able to get a replacement wheel and get out of the bad books with my significant other.

I was blown away by not only the speed of Caroline's help but they really do want to help their customers.

I needed a part for a Graco baby swing and emailed the company to see if they sold them they soon replied and said they would make enquiries. Soon later they got back to me to ask for more details and have now located and posted the item to me free of charge. Absolutely fantastic support.

We needed a replacement newborn insert for our carseat, as our original one from 2 and half years ago had been misplaced. I contacted Graco to enquire about buying the insert as a separate item, and they sent me a new one, completely free of charge! I didn't even have to pay for postage! Excellent customer service, very quick responses too. Thank you Graco!

"Excellent Customer Service"

I love this company. For starters their products are very good. We have a Graco Baby buggy travel system (ie car seat and pram) and also their travel cot. Both have withstood a lot of hard use. I've taken the pram off road ie onto rough forest paths for long walks daily for a year and half and it's very hardy even though it's not specifically designed for that. And the travel cot is very handy. The reason I'm writing the 5 star review though is because the company have a level of customer service you don't often receive these days. On one occasion we lost our rain cover for the pram and after a frustrating search on amazon for a suitable replacement I emailed them and they sent a replacement out with no charge, which makes a customer feel really valued. Then a year later some bits from the travel cot went missing after a stay at the inlaws and they replaced those for us too. As anyone with kids knows there's a lot of moving parts with baby's gear on the go (too easy to lose something critical) and it's so good to find a company that understands this and treats their customers well. Figured they deserved the 5 star review!
