PetVM is good, but has communications issues when there are issues with an order. It's easy to place orders but if something is wrong with that order it's up to you to realize it. When they couldn't get my vet to send the prescription I wasn't notified, when they don't have your medicine in stock you won't be notified. If you don't mind waiting random amounts of time for your medicine you'll be fine. I have a prescription placed 9 days ago and it still hasn't shipped because they are waiting for a very common drug (Furosemide), they have some quantity but refuse to ship the partial quantity and then the remainder (they will ship the partial and cancel the rest). If your pet relies on something I wouldn't use PetVM; I've placed my last order with them.

I'm revising my review slightly. They did have the Furosemide in stock but relayed the information in a confusing manor (my prescription didn't have enough left on it to fill the order). I now understand what they were trying to communicate and made suggestions as to where the confusion arose, so hopefully they will make improvements going forward for clarity with the customer. They did end up making this right which I do appreciate and I will soften my score and look forward to increasing it again as they continue to earn my trust.

Bandana Rx, formerly Petvm, offers the lowest prices I've seen for flea and tick meds. The good, here, is that we got a great product at an amazing price.
We went thru some issues between the vet and the company, as far as getting the script to them. None of that appeared to be the company's fault. The regulations are fairly new and kinks are still getting worked out. A vet must approve the script directly with the provider, or a paper script must be physically mailed. This must be done yearly, now. It is the same with all the retailers, now, from what I've seen.
Where the company stumbled was with one of their customer service reps ("Carly"), who has a personality and mentality much better suited for a compliance dept, vice principal, or concentration camp guard. Rather than seeing herself in a customer service position, she appears to think that she's in rule-enforcement and seemed to go out of her way to cancel us. She actually hung up on my daughter i/l....twice.
I ended up on the phone with the company owner and he was lovely. We sorted out the communication issues (we made some mistakes, too) and we got our order quickly.
I hope that they monitor their reviews. I have over 30 years experience in an office job where customer service was paramount. "Carly" is the type of employee who probably shows up on time, is smart, and works hard. But her behavior is toxic. No one wants to lose a competent employee; she simply shouldn't be anywhere near customers, that's all.
For a company to keep prices down, like they do, I'm sure they are working very hard with a tight budget. Very few jobs are pleasant these days and the general public seems to have more rage every day. I understand it's hard. However, an employee that behaves that way will bring down everyone in h/h vicinity. Stick her in compliance review, don't ever put her in charge of a human soul (people's spirits are fragile and should be handled with care) and watch your reviews improve, because she's dragging you down.
"Carly," kindness and good manners are free. They cost you nothing. People on the other end of the line might be going through some horrible things. That is the case with me. Being too rigid will not reward you in the long-run. My motto at work was to treat everybody like my grandmother. If you do that, not only will you have more peace in your life, but you will be doing a better job for your company. I sincerely wish you the best.

This company lies does not tell the truth purposely misleads and deceives people placed an order on Monday morning being told that it would have a 24 hour tour and would arrive by Wednesday then I get tracking saying it will not show up until Friday we shall see I told my dogs I declined because they will be paying the medical expenses they purposely didn't give me important information after a 20 minute conversation about how important it was to get it by Wednesday if you don't fire dogs or cats order them otherwise don't

I'm still waiting on a package that should've been delivered on Jan.12th then it went to the 13th,then to the 16th then the17th.Each time I call customer service I'm informed that it's out for delivery.still waiting.Never again will I order from this company.

"sent me bad medicine"
sent me bad medicine, dog got fleas, been on medicine all his life before. rude, unfriendly, cold customer services. asked for manager to call me never did, only generic emails, told me to return unused product which I did for refund, then they said no refund I wrote date on box. why would this matter not legally to resale medicine. I asked why did you ask me to mail the product back which I had to pay for , they mailed back to me product was crushed by them, as the box they returned it in was undamaged so means it was purposed damaged before it entered the box pet vm or bandana rx what ever they call them selves do no use

I ordered Bravecto 44-88. They called my vet, got the prescription and sent it to me. They also enclosed a bag of treats. My dog loves these treats I will definitely be ordering from them again. Good job.
