Very sneaky service. Worked for what we needed it for but only noticed the $20 monthly subscription charge 5 months later on our credit card. It seems they sneakily write into their T&C that you're agreeing to sign up and pay monthly for the service. Upon googling about this, others have complained about the very same issue. Very poor business and do not recommend due to scam practice.

I used the services, and paid all of the fees, I receive all the info I needed, however I was not aware that I was going to be charged a monthly fee of $20. If I didn't review my credit card statement I would never have been aware. Seems a bit sketchy. I feel your company should be more transparent about this. This should have been made more clear. I cancelled service and received cancellation conf. email, so I should no longer be seeing any more charges.

When I chose this website to do a house search, it offered me a one time/$1 charge. Which is what I chose. Now all of a sudden there is a $20 charge on my credit card! I was told the larger package was offered at the end and I must have chosen it accidentally. I think not! Something VERY SNEAKY happened!
