The product we purchased was fine, it wasn't either a speedy delivery or slow delivery. However the product is not what we thought it was, therefore unable to use. Trying to send it back for a refund is a joke. I have emailed 3 times and yet to get a reply. They say we will confirm acceptance via email with a returns number & return address, please do not send until you have this information. I will email again this morning but most companies make the return process very easy, but not this one. For this reason i will not shop with you again

New kitchen cupboard insert ordered, was told it was item which was out of stock. After sometime I contacted them to ask what had happened to my order to be told it was delayed again. I think they should have updated me without prompting. Poor customer service. They were very quick to take the money on 14/3/21! Ordered 14/2/21 arrived 27/3/15.

"Dispute on Condition of Retuned Goods. Box not damaged but Sink broken!!"
We recently bought a sink online - opened the box on receipt and realised the colour was a much paler grey than it looked online. It was immediately put back in the box and was returned by courier within the deadline. We then get an email to confirm receipt but to advise that we are not entitled to a refund because the sink was returned damaged / broken despite the fact that the box was clearly not damaged. We did not damage it as we never even started to fit it. It was returned in the same protective packaging yet when the undamaged box was opened in the warehouse - a piece of it had been broken off! How the sink was damaged when the box wasn’t is anyone’s guess. We have appealed the decision and requested a full refund. We await their response. In the meantime anyone who uses this company can decide whether they wish to rely on the returns policy offered. We will update this review if and when there is any update!
